Elmore + Probert + St. Cecilia’s + Wrestlemania III = Detroit Week on Grantland looks EPIC!

Agreed. This whole thing should be made into a poster.

BOOM

My first and only live WWF experience until I was well over 30 (THANKS GRIZZ!) was at Joe Louis Arena in approximately 1989 1990. The Ultimate Warrior and Undertaker had a body bag match (which apparently they did quite a lot) and of course, while the Warrior was getting zipped up in the bag, he ‘came back to life’ via vigorous shaking and ended up putting Taker in the bag. (Side note, the event featured a Battle Royale with Andre and the Earthquake).
Obviously, this week featured yet another instance of the grim reality that these cartoon heroes and villains are seriously mortal.
RIP Warrior, you were a seriously weird dude but always interesting.
