There’s a Dance Revolution 2night.
That’s a nice little video (thanks MCR.)
Here’s a tip I’ve picked up. Whenever anyone recommends a women’s studies author, you should say, “I know her, she has great cans.” If they do not laugh and instead chastise you for perpetuating cultural norms that objectify women you probably don’t want to read the book they recommended. Also, you should not invite them to the strip club later.
Remember that Detour Von Bondies video where they go bowling and eat at Millers and American Coney (the only people known to have done so) in what appears to be the same day? That’s the most fun Jason’s ever let Don have.
Well, like the Deastro video, they also play dance dance revolution.
1. Is there nothing for musicians to do in Detroit but play dance dance revolution?
2. Have “day in the life” video producers run out of ideas for “they also like to have fun and aren’t too cool to be silly”?
3. Where can I play dance dance revolution in Detroit?
4. If I do play dance dance revolution should I just assume I’m being filmed for a “day in the life” video?
5. Would that be dishonest film making as it implies I play dance dance revolution when in point of fact I never have?
6. When should I expect the check for my Michigan Film Credit? Also, my production company is named Cash. Also, we’re so new they haven’t turned our phone on yet, so don’t try to look us up. Also, you can’t prosecute me for fraud because it was totally those Cash Film dudes idea and no I don’t know where to find them OR know their real names. One of them calls himself Waingro, he probably won’t look at you.
7. You could also just give me actual cash.
8. T/F “A Day in the Life”?
8A. Did you see Mike Nesmith?
9. Always true.
